Building on this, we offer full component support, including full (and partial) overhaul and repair services in B737, B747, B757, B767 & B777, A300, A310, A320 family, A330, A340, MD series and CRJ aircraft types.

TDA offers repair and overhaul contract support, loans and exchange agreements, pool agreements, repair order tracking and "power by the hour" support

TDA offer full component support services for customers with these aircraft types. We can offer full contract support, or help airlines identify groupings of part numbers that are not being catered for under their existing component support contracts. We offer dual FAA/EASA release on most components, and whilst preference is given to contract customers on time and material basis, TDA will look favorably on power-by-the-hour agreements, particularly with longstanding customers who wish to move

to PBH once an appreciation of their operations have been fully understood. Our guiding principles are the ones upon which we established ourselves: those of visibility of operation, transparency of process and timely dispute resolution in dealings with our clients. Component support is a central feature of TDA's operations and we are aiming to broaden the array of aircraft types, for which we can extend contract component support in the months and years to come.

Over the years, TDA has strengthened their ties with airlines and maintenance organizations wishing to maximize their revenue opportunities with regard to their surplus inventory stocks. A variety of programmes are available for airlines and MRO's to access TDA's unique skill sets. Many of our most successful programmes have developed through the utilization of TDA's warehousing and specialized inventory management techniques, with the stock either remaining at the client's location for ready-access, or the

complete movement of stock to our own locations. A key feature of our surplus management is in the flexibility which enables clients to maintain constant visibility of stock levels, and transparent revenue share processes, whilst enabling the clients to focus on their core capabilities. Managing surplus airline inventory has always been a key facet of TDA and we are happy to report the renewal of our A320 and B757 contracts with leading European operators.

TDA remains committed in assisting operators in the supply of expendable/ consumable and rotable materials, although preference is now given to customers who negotiate with our standing annual supply agreements for mutually agreed items. TDA has developed a strong expertise in these specialized sectors and have supplied leading operators throughout the world. To increase our inventory, we are always looking to purchase stock that is surplus to operators requirements.

TDA's matured levels of experience in the aircraft and engine materials markets have positioned it strongly to make available this skill set and knowledge base to its customers. TDA have a small core of senior managers dedicated to making available their expertise to airline and MRO purchasing departments and materials management teams on a global contract basis - whether in a seminar environment over a few days, or all the way through to dedicated on-line consultancy contract basis.

These managers have individually accumulated over 25 years of experience each in their field. With regard to warehousing facilities and logistics expertise, TDA have unparalleled experience in the complete provisioning techniques required to enable the appropriate stocking of maintenance and repair organisations. TDA benefits from their unique location just outside of Schiphol Amsterdam Airport, with access to most freightforwarding organizations to ensure same-day shipping.
